SMC & BMC Compression Molding Capability
SUSDURA operates 20 compression molding presses ranging from 50T to 2,500T, including 6 × 500T presses and 2 × 2,500T presses, providing flexible production capacity for both small precision components and large-format thermoset composite parts.
Key presses use a full-frame, self-balancing structure to improve platen parallelism, pressure distribution and molding stability, helping achieve more consistent quality for large or high-precision SMC and BMC components.
In addition to conventional compression molding, SUSDURA operates 3 × 315T transfer molding presses for BMC components requiring controlled material flow, inserts or more complex cavity filling.
For high-volume production, we are also equipped with 10 BMC injection molding machines, supporting efficient manufacturing of complex BMC parts with stable cycle times and repeatable quality.

Process Quality Control & Production Consistency
SUSDURA applies standardized process control throughout SMC and BMC molding production to maintain stable dimensions, mechanical performance and batch consistency.
For each production program, key molding parameters such as temperature, pressure, curing time and cycle conditions are recorded, verified and fixed as standard process parameters. Operators receive dedicated process training, and wherever practical, one trained operator is assigned to a specific machine and product to improve process consistency.
After each daily machine restart, the first three molded parts are inspected for critical dimensions, strength and required performance, with inspection data retained for quality records and traceability.
During mass production, dedicated quality inspectors conduct routine patrol checks to verify critical dimensions, molding parameters and product appearance. For components with higher deformation risk, SUSDURA uses dedicated cooling fixtures and positioning jigs to control shape and dimensional stability after molding.
After molding, parts are finished using automatic trimming equipment for efficient and consistent edge finishing. Before shipment, products are securely packed with comprehensive protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during handling and transportation.
