From Composite Expertise to Complete Product Solutions

SUSDURA brings together composite material expertise, global technical resources, and a complete FRP product development chain. From design and material selection to tooling, testing, production, and quality control, we help customers turn application needs into durable, reliable, and cost-effective composite solutions.

01 DESIGN
We work with customers from concept to production-ready design — optimizing wall thickness, rib layout, and draft angles specifically for SMC/BMC compression molding and FRP pultrusion processes.
02 Material & Process Selection
Our engineers select the right thermoset compound — SMC, BMC, or FRP — based on your mechanical, electrical, and environmental requirements, then match it to the optimal molding or pultrusion process.
03 Tooling & Mold Making
We design and manufacture our own compression molds in-house, using steel or FRP tooling matched to production volume. Mold life, surface finish, and dimensional stability are validated before any production run begins.
04 Testing & Acceptance
Every batch is tested against agreed specifications — including dimensional checks, mechanical strength, dielectric properties, and flame rating. We support customer-specific acceptance criteria and third-party inspection.
05 Production & Quality Control
Mass production runs under ISO-aligned process controls, with in-process monitoring of cure time, press pressure, and temperature. Each shipment is traceable from raw compound lot to finished part.

  • Outdoor UV exposure
    → Saturated polyester
  • Structural lightweight
    → Epoxy + carbon fiber
02 — Fiber reinforcements

Glass, carbon & hybrid systems

Reinforcement selection directly determines strength, stiffness, weight, and cost of the final composite part.

Fiber types

  • E-glass chopped strand
    SMC / BMC / spray-up
  • S-glass woven / UD
    High-strength structural panels
  • Carbon fiber tow / prepreg

Why fiber choice matters

  • Fiber type
    Determines specific strength & stiffness
  • Architecture
    Controls anisotropy of the part
  • Content %
Directly sets part weight and cost
  • Hybrid systems
    Balance performance and budget
25–65% fiber content E-glass standard CF on request
