FRP Pultrusion Manufacturing Capability

SUSDURA operates 10 FRP pultrusion production lines, providing flexible manufacturing capacity for both standard structural profiles and customized pultruded components.

Our production lines can support profile widths of up to approximately 900 mm, depending on profile geometry, wall thickness and die design.

SUSDURA manufactures a wide range of pultruded profiles, including angles, channels, I-beams, flat bars, rods, round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, ladder profiles and custom complex sections.

Multiple resin systems are available to meet different mechanical, chemical, electrical and environmental requirements, including Vinyl Ester (VE), Epoxy (EP), Phenolic (PF) and Polyurethane (PU).

For non-standard applications, SUSDURA can develop customized profile geometries, reinforcement structures and resin systems according to specific structural and performance requirements.

In-House Testing & Product Validation

SUSDURA operates an in-house laboratory to support SMC/BMC material development, molded-part validation and production quality verification.

Our laboratory capabilities cover key electrical, mechanical, flame-retardant and dimensional performance requirements, including electrical insulation testing, dielectric breakdown testing, flame-retardancy testing, tensile and mechanical strength testing, dimensional inspection, and routine material-property verification.

Testing is integrated into the product development process, allowing SUSDURA engineers to evaluate material formulations, verify molded-part performance and identify potential risks before mass production.

By combining material formulation, tooling, molding and laboratory validation within one manufacturing platform, SUSDURA can shorten development cycles, improve technical communication and provide customers with reliable test data for material approval, sample validation and mass-production release.
